Production (industrial) engineering comprises analysis and building-up a requirements specification together with the Customer (a technical audit may be conducted on a Client’s request), feasibility study, selection and procurement of technology, equipment and consumables, commissioning of equipment, adaptation and transfer of technology, personnel training.

The task of repair, modernisation, technical re-equipment, capital improvement of the existing production and organisation of a new one
is solved in several stages:

I. Analysis or development of the requirements specification together with the Customer*
means analysis and development of proposals as to improvement manufacturing and engineering capabilities according to requirements to the output products and strategic business development goals.

II. Engineering
Conduct of research and development aimed at optimisation of technical processes with a glance to strategic business tasks.

III. Feasibility study allows to see the structure of renovation, modernisation and production expansion costs, to assess risks, cost recovery and effectiveness of an investment project.

IV. Project implementation support: installation supervision, commissioning, personnel training, technology transfer.

Warranty and post-warranty equipment service, technical and information support are provided on project completion.
